Coaching
Working with a coach can provide the necessary tools and motivation to acheive your goals. Whether those goals are centered around specific races, or oreiented towards general fitness, I can help you get there. There have been a couple monumental coaches throughout my career who helped me see my true potential, and I hope to be that mentorship for you.
Block Training
Block schedule training is a bare-bones level of coaching. This option would include the full training block leading up to a race, or a training regime centered around hitting a fitness goal. The plan would be tailored to the specific race, your abilities, and goals in mind, but would not include any additional consultations.
Block training starts at $120 per plan.
Tailored Training
This coaching plan is the most individualized option. Training is tailored on a weekly basis and includes daily communication. Teaming together in this way leads to a dynamic and team-oriented training block. This option is ideal for those with competitive goals or for anyone desiring accountability.
Tailored training starts at $85 per month.

Meet the Team!
Sean is a former collegiate runner chasing big goals on the trails and the roads. Recently Sean placed 5th at Bryce Canyon 60k and rocked the Houston Marathon in 2:47! Sean placed 16th in his age division at the 2022 World Mountain Masters Championship in Ireland and has some cross country races coming up this fall.
Sofie comes from a soccer background, but don't let that fool you--she is a monster on the roads. From the mile to the half marathon, Sofie is quick and strong! Sofie ran the 2022 Atlantic City RNR half in 1:19:24 and came back the following week to win Carlsbad 5000 in 16:46! Up next we have some XC races and Arizona RnR half!
Brett is a former Montana State Bobcat with some speedy times on his resume, including a 30:41 10k! Brett brings his speed to the trails too as he is the 2021 winner of the Cedro Peak Half Marathon. Brett placed 8th in his age division at the 2022 World Mountain Masters Championships in Ireland!
Victoria is a former Adams State grizzly who loves to work hard. This badass momma is chasing some goals on the roads and getting into the ultrarunning scene as well! You can find her kickin' butt at many of Albuquerque's road races.
Erin is an adventure-seeking runner who dabbles in the trails, on the road, and loves a good Spartan race! There isn't any challenge Erin isn't up for! She recently complete the famous R2R in the Grand Canyon and has some scenic races on the calendar.
Eric is chasing goals and racing through the streets of Albuquerque! From the 5k to the half marathon, Eric gives it his all. This year he'll be working on the half marathon and transitioning to marathon training for Chicago 2023!
Seb is a Highlands Univeristy grad and coach at Sandia High School. He's got some competitive goals for the upcoming year in the half marathon and cross country! Outside of his training, Seb is also the voice of New Mexico's best running podcast: RunningNM.
Ashley is new to running but she's just getting started! This fall she'll be running her first half marathon and I'll bet this won't be the last.
Emily is a Florida Gator living in Buckeye Nation. In fall of 2022 she ran the Columbus Marathon and took 30 minutes off of her PR--WOWZA! She also caught the ultramarathon bug and will be racing her first 100 miler this spring: Keys 100.
Peter is an explorer of all sorts! From mountain biking, to ridgeline traverses, he's in! Over the last couple of years Peter has gotten into FKT routes and all-day mountain adventures. Next up he has Deadman's Peak and a marathon FKT route planned for the spring.
Alex is a chasing goals centered around being a strong overall athlete! She not only runs, but you can find her skiing, climbing, fishing, bouldering, and camping!
Jen is taking on her fitness mission down in Las Cruces. From running to biking through the desert, Jen has big goals for the trails this summer!
